By downloading or using Devoxal ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms. The software is a voice conductor for third-party coding tools; those tools have their own terms. Please also read our Privacy policy and Refund policy.
License
We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Mac app, mobile companion, website, and related services for your subscription or trial period. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse automation in ways that violate IDE or model provider policies.
Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 18) to use paid features.
Trial & billing
The free trial provides full features for 7 days with a bring-your-own key — no card required. After expiry, continued use requires a paid plan. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Card payments are processed by Creem (creem.io); crypto checkouts use NOWPayments.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Details are in our Refund policy. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
Usage & teams
Hosted usage and on-demand spend are billed as described in product billing screens. Team seats bill when an invite is accepted. You remain responsible for reviewing code and agent actions in your IDE.
Disclaimer
The product is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI coding agents can make mistakes; you remain responsible for reviewing code and changes in your IDE. We are not liable for third-party IDE, model, or payment provider outages.
Termination
You may stop using Devoxal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, abuse, or legal risk. Account deletion instructions are at Delete your account.
